q) How do I make a purchase??
Please comment "Sold" if you would like to order any particular item in our gallery, You'll then need to contact me> Irene- at
redrunway77@gmail.com within 2 days after sale & make payment within 5 working days.
Please note that only if you intend to buy to comment "SOLD" & finalize your payment asap (within 5 days)
q) How do I make a payment?
Payments can be made by paypal, direct debit or cash on pick up & please allow up to 10 days for delivery.
However if paying via paypal, please add a further $3 onto your total as this is a fee Paypal charge me...

q) do you offer refund?
We do not offer refund, But we do offer credit vouchers for exchanged items. Excluding specials, So Please choose your items carefully, checking size description making sure it is the size you are after, however if you are completely unsatisfied for whatever reason once, your item has been delivered to your home or work place, we do exchange to an item of the same value, you must return within 5 days (with tags and un damaged) shipping fees to & fro will be charged at your expense.
q) What if I change my mind once I have commented sold?
You are allowed to change your mind, But I will ask though before you do, to please let me know that you no longer want to go ahead with purchase so that I am able to release that item to others.
q) what does pre order only mean?
Pre order are items that are not in stock, and if you wish to purchase this item,you will need to pay for item upfront, I will then place the order through my supplier & deliver to you once it arrives.
* Please note, that I can not exchange or refund items purchased through pre order. So please select sizing etc carefully.

How to measure
Bust: Using a tape measure loosely under the arms (over the shoulder blades) around the fullest part of the chest.
Waist: Measure around the natural waistline keeping the tape measure slightly loose.
Hips: Measure around the widest part of the bottom at the top of the leg about 20cm below natural waistline.

Payment must be received within 5 days after you have commented sold, unless contacted prior and arranged otherwise.
For spot sales, payments strictly must be made within the 48hour time frame, or items will be re-listed to next in line.
I send my items through Aussie post (Track n trace) charging $8.00 for first item purchased then a flat rate of $14.00 for up to 5 items (Australia wide)
I also use a courier, however you will need to be able to sign to collect your order.
Once your payment has been made & in my account, your Items are then sent the same day or next morning.
If you would like your items delivered by registered post, this can be arranged at as well.
We do ship internationally, I will need your area code & town.
